apart from the usual commissions/etc, i’ve been trying to get my store updated, but it turns out — i’m moving! so that’s why i’ve yet to reopen things; our move date kept getting delayed and i don’t want to reopen the store till i’m moved and settled. i’m rather disappointed that i couldn’t get it open in time for holiday shopping this year, but i guess that’s how it goes sometimes.

anyway, stay tuned and i should have the store back up and running in the near future, along with a lot of new merchandise and some new art.

in the meantime, you can always check out my prints shop at dA, my cafepress shop (which has been newly remodeled and updated,) my redbubble products, and my stuff at zazzle (its horrid layout is one of the next things to tackle on my to-do list.) all of these places are having crazy holiday deals that seem to change daily, so be sure to check those out too!

one bit of good news as well: i should be getting cable internet at my new place. i’ve been stuck with DSL for the past god-knows-how-many years, which had the most horrendous upload rate, which is why i was never able to stream anything, unless i went somewhere else to do it! hopefully, i’ll be able to stream lots of art now. for future reference, here’s the link to my livestream, and a link to my twitter, where i normally announce my streams.

oh, and i got a new camera in july; my old cybershot was growing outdated and its screen was dying (i think i dropped it one too many times…) it served me very well for the years i had it, though!

i wound up getting one of these for cheap:

pretty pleased with it so far, and now i can take some slightly nicer product shots…

just finished signing some big mounted prints that i had done for the upcoming super pop art show:

i was in such a rush to order them before the dropoff deadline that i accidentally ordered them on matte paper instead of lustre…but they turned out perfect, what a relief!

and in case anyone is wondering, i had them done through iprintfromhome.com; i’ve ordered from them a few times now and have been impressed every time. their prices are some of the cheapest i’ve seen online, yet they ship MEGA FAST and their prints are all very high quality. they offer a lot of specialty prints too, so definitely check them out if you’re in need of an awesome printer!

lastly, a quick word about my online store — it’s still closed because i’ve yet to receive my merchandise back from LA (i’m a cheapskate that fedexed it all instead of paying luggage fees) — but i should have it back soon and will reopen the store ASAP with a few new products. thanks for your patience, guys!
